Run every WhatsApp line from one calm command room.
Manage numbers, pairing codes, profile controls, handoff rules, anti-ban limits, and webhook routing without leaving the dev.wasup dashboard.

When you send a message manually from the phone, that chat is auto-tagged for human mode. Bot responses are paused for tagged chats.
Block API sends during handoff
Stops /api/send (n8n/AI) while a chat is in human mode. PN and LID forms are matched. Override per send with forceDespiteHandoff.
Turn off to send without limits. When on, plain text and buttons use the same rules.
Anti-ban protection
Enforcing send limits on this instance
Enhanced mode (v4)
Off by default — classic behaviour. On = group-op guard, deaf-session detect, topology + shared IP pool.
Advanced
Hover the info icon for what each module does. Master anti-ban stays off by default; flip modules per instance via API too.
Typing Simulation
Show “typing…” indicator before sending
Response Delays
Human-like delay before responding
Keep phone push (stay offline)
Baileys tip: stay presence-unavailable so the phone keeps notifications. Works with Shared Devices.
Shared Devices
Staff Web/Desktop coexist — no conflict reclaim, presence stays passive
Webhook Typing Events
Forward contact typing / recording / paused to the instance webhook (for n8n hold/cancel)
Group Alert Mode
Off = classic handoff (skips webhook). On = groups never arm handoff; webhooks keep flowing
Proactive tctoken Capture
Store inbound <tctoken> on messages (Baileys #2752 / #2698). Off by default — does not help pure cold outbound
One-shot opt-in CTA
Off by default. On = one staggered save-number variation per new fitter (30–60 min gap), then hold. Jobs still never send without a tctoken. Blocked for 5 days after a limit.
